End-User License Agreement

Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Berry Development (“Company”) governing your use of our internal QuickBooks Online integration application (the “Application”).

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Application.

License grant

Berry Development grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for Berry Development’s internal business operations. This Application is not licensed for use by any external parties.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

(a) sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise make the Application available to any third party; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; (c) use the Application for any purpose other than Berry Development’s authorized internal business operations; or (d) use the Application to access QuickBooks Online data belonging to any entity other than Berry Development.

Intuit platform terms

Use of this Application in connection with QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s Developer Terms of Service and applicable API policies. The Application complies with Intuit’s requirements for data handling, security, and authorized use of the QuickBooks Online API.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Berry Development be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Berry Development may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will immediately cease, and any stored credentials and tokens will be deleted.
